Yes. The Free plan has no cost and no card, and includes a real store with 10 products and 25 customers. It's not a trial: it never expires. It only has capacity limits. When you outgrow them, you upgrade.

Any digital product deliverable by code: streaming accounts, software licenses, gift cards, courses, VPN, hosting, memberships. If you can deliver it via text/link, Nuvlyx automates it.

You upload your licenses via .txt (one per line). When a customer pays (Wompi, MercadoPago, or approved transfer), the system assigns a code from stock and delivers it via email/wallet instantly.

No. We only charge the monthly or annual subscription. 100% of your sales are yours. Gateways (Wompi, MercadoPago) charge their standard fees directly.

You don't lose anything. If you downgrade from Pro (300 products) to Basic (80), you simply can't create more until you drop below the limit. Existing ones keep selling.

Days 1–7 your store is suspended (customers see a notice). Days 8–30 only you as Owner can log in to download data. After 30 days everything is deleted. We warn you in advance.

Yes. From the Basic plan you can buy add-ons individually (Telegram Bot, Chatwoot, Bre-B Auto-Verify, etc.). Some come included on Pro and Enterprise.

Yes, starting on the Basic plan. We provide the CNAME and SSL certificates are issued automatically. Your store lives on your domain, not a Nuvlyx subdomain.
